Return Window
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Free Returns
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window but within the 30-day period may be subject to a return shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
